X Enables Passkey Feature for iOS Worldwide
The X platform, owned by Elon Musk, announced that it has activated the passkey feature for iOS all over the world. The feature was first available to iOS users in the US in January.
X’s official Safety account announced the worldwide availability of the shared password login feature. in post said: “Passkeys are now available as a sign-in option on iOS for everyone worldwide! Try.” This also gives users another option to log in. X on your blogunderlines that pass keys are more secure than passwords because they are created separately for each account.

To enable and use the password login feature on your X account, you need to follow these steps:
- Launch the X app on your iPhone.
- Tap your profile picture in the upper left corner.
- Select Settings & Support and then select Settings & Privacy.
- Tap Security & Account Access.
- Select Security.
- Enable the Passkey option and confirm with your existing X password.
To use the new feature, you need to install the latest version of the X application on your iOS device.
