Huawei held a launch today where it introduced the MateBook X Pro 2024 laptop and gave more details about HarmonyOS Next. We were also expecting some details about the upcoming Huawei P70 series at this launch, but no upcoming flagships were mentioned at the event.
After the event, a photo showing the back of the P70 model was shared on Weibo. We can see the triangular camera island in the image. We expect the Huawei P70 series to consist of at least four models: P70, Pro, Pro+ and Art.
Leaks so far point to a 6.56-inch curved LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution on the P70, and larger 6.76-inch diagonal displays on other models. Finally, let’s add that we expect all four models to be equipped with the yet-to-be-announced Kirin 9010 chip.
