In the leaked road map, 6 different mobile Blackwell GPUs supported by GDDR7 memories were revealed. Three of these are based on GN22 Board 1, and the remaining three are based on GN22 Board 2. Current RTX 4000 chips were built on GN21 PCBs. From this we understand that all of the new chips come with a different, non-pin-to-pin compatible package design.

GN22-X11 and GN22-X9 will replace the GeForce RTX 4090 (GN21-X11) and GeForce RTX 4080 (GN21-X9) respectively. If we look at the code names, two high-end models named GeForce RTX 5090 and GeForce RTX 5080 are waiting for us. On the other hand, the GPUs that will come with the code names GN22-X6 and GN22-X4 will be known as GeForce RTX 5070 and GeForce RTX 5060.

Interestingly, NVIDIA, which aims to switch to the next generation GDDR7 memory standard, does not seem to make any changes in memory sizes. Meanwhile, all six mobile GPUs may not be released at the same time. Judging by the unofficial road map, GeForce RTX 4050 and GeForce RTX 3050 6 GB models will be on the market for a while, and new GPUs will be introduced later in 2025.
