Facebook Messenger, one of Meta’s popular services, offers HD photos, shared albums, connecting with people via QR code, and sending files up to 100 MB from your phone with all major supported file formats. started.

When sending an image in Messenger, you will now see an HD button in the upper right corner of the image picker area. As usual it will be possible to select multiple images to send.

In addition to sending HD images, you can create albums that are shared with your contacts. To do this, you need to select multiple images in the chat creator and tap Create Album. If you want to add more photos to an album, just tap Add to Album.

When an album is shared in a chat, everyone in the chat will be able to view, add, delete and download images and videos in the album. If you need to rename the album, tap the album and tap the three-dot menu. Then tap Edit Name and then confirm the new album name. To find albums at any time, tap your group chat name and then go to Media.

Adding contacts via QR code will also be a functional feature. You no longer need to type a name or number to add contacts to Messenger, just ask them to grab their QR code from Messenger Settings and then scan it with your camera or share their link by tapping Share at the bottom of the QR.

Messenger will now allow you to send files up to 100 MB. To do this, you need to press the + button in Messenger and select the file to send. Meta says all major file formats are supported, including Word, PDF and Excel.
