Drawing attention to the importance of investing in technology correctly and appropriately, Türkiye İş Bankası General Manager Hakan Aran also mentioned the great transformations in this field. He stated that Turkey should not be given the first internet connection. Emphasizing that technology should be evaluated as an element that changes not only the business processes of companies but also the culture, Aran said that it is difficult to change people in traditional institutions, but technology does not change people.
