OpenAI has struck a multi-year deal with media company News Corp to provide news content to its various products, including ChatGPT. case. The company said it now has permission to display content from News Corp imprints and improve its products in response to user questions.

Under the umbrella of News Corp, there are important and respected publications such as The Wall Street Journal, MarketWatch, New York Post, The Times, The Sunday Times, The Sun and The Daily Telegraph. . As part of the agreement, OpenAI will provide access to current and archived content from News Corp’s publications. On the other hand, content access will not be provided for other businesses owned by News Corp.
