Qualcomm has officially released its new processor called Snapdragon X Plus for Windows ARM PCs. introduced. The platform promises exceptional performance, solid energy efficiency and powerful on-device AI capabilities. Here are the features of Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus.

Qualcomm says the following about the new processor: “Unleash the power of the Next Generation Artificial Intelligence Computer with the New Snapdragon X Plus Platform. Snapdragon “Experience unparalleled productivity in ultraportable laptop designs with days of battery life.”
Snapdragon X Plus is a ten-core processor based on the Oryon CPU architecture. Six performance and four efficiency cores run at speeds up to 3.4GHz, paired with up to 64GB of LPDDR5X memory. The processor also has a built-in Neural Processing Unit (NPU) for on-device AI processing, and Qualcomm says the NPU can produce up to 45 TOPs of AI performance. On the GPU side, Qualcomm Adreno can offer up to 3.8 TFLOPs. Additionally, the GPU is capable of powering three external displays at 4K 60Hz HDR, two 4K 120Hz, or one 5K 60Hz.
Snapdragon X Plus joins the previously announced Snapdragon X Elite, a line of more powerful chips designed for Windows PCs. For comparison, you can review the table below:

Qualcomm states that the first devices with Snapdragon X Plus will be released in mid-2024.
