This amount includes refunds to Razer’s customers as well as a $100,000 fine to pay to the FTC. The decision also states that Razer has denied any health benefits from its products and services “unless it has competent and reliable scientific evidence to support the claims.” It also prohibits him from stating it. The FTC order also prohibits Razer from using any marketing or advertising of its products that indicates a connection to “any government agency,” as well as a violation of any such agency.
