Portable power stations, which hit the Chinese market at the end of last year, can be used to power devices or charge devices such as laptops or drones. DJI Power 1000 and Power 500 Features
The Power 1000 model (13 kg) has a capacity of 1,024 Wh and can output up to 2,200 W. This is enough capacity to power a home microwave oven for about 1.3 hours and a car refrigerator for 19 hours, or charge a drone up to 12 times. The Power 500 model (7.3 kg) offers 512 Wh capacity and 1,000 W output at half the price.
The larger model supports 1200W fast charging or 600W standard charging, while the smaller model supports 540W fast charging and 270W standard charging. Both can be fast-charged in 70 minutes for a 100 percent battery or 50 minutes for an 80 percent charge. Besides standard AC plugs, the products offer a dual USB-C PD output ports that support 140W/100W charging for Power 1000/Power 500, which is enough for most laptops.
