The blog post adds that currently the Copilot feature cannot be used to get answers to questions about Viva Engage data. This feature is among Microsoft’s plans for the future. Copilot uses Conversation Starters to help write Viva Engage posts. When used, Copilot can provide writers with ideas for posts based on recent themes from conversations across the Viva Engage network.

The service is now available for all premium Viva Engage customers, Viva Suite and Employee Communications and Communities (C&C) customers. It is also on the agenda to offer more Copilot features for Viva Engage users in the coming months.
