Android 15 will be introduced towards the end of this year. We’ve already learned about exciting new features and improvements thanks to developer previews and beta versions released prior to this launch.
As always, Pixel models will receive the new update first. Except for the Pixel 8 series, which is promised to get a full 7 years of updates, older Pixels will only get 3 years of software support. This means that Pixel 5a and older devices will no longer receive Android updates. Google Pixel devices eligible for the Android 15 upgrade are as follows:
