Sony introduced the Xperia 1 VI model alongside the 10 VI at today’s event. The phone stands out with a 6.5-inch screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, 120 Hz refresh rate and 1300 nits brightness. This screen is accompanied by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip paired with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage.
On the back, there are 48-megapixel main with f/1.9 aperture, 12-megapixel ultra-wide unit that supports 16mm focal length, and telephoto units that can optical zoom up to 7.1x. On the front, there is a 12 megapixel selfie camera with Exmor RS sensor.
All this hardware will be powered by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging. The company claims that the battery can be charged to 50% in 30 minutes and can maintain at least 80% of its capacity after 4 years of use, thanks to Battery Care and Xperia Adaptive Charging technologies. Finally, let us note that the Sony Xperia 1 VI model, which will be available in June, has a price of 1399 euros.
