Google’s popular artificial intelligence assistant Gemini continues to gain new features day by day. You will now be able to start Google Maps navigation on your phone by voice, thanks to the Gemini assistant. This feature can save the user some time, albeit briefly, without having to search manually.
Gemini will also be able to display useful information such as distance, estimated time and a link to Google Maps. When the command is given, the assistant will automatically start a navigation to the location you specified.
Gemini uses a variety of extensions to interact with other Google apps and services.
It should be noted that the feature in question also works on iPhone devices when used through the Google application. Since it includes voice commands automatic sending and searching features, users do not need to press an extra button to create a route.
