Razer, which also produces equipment for professionals, stated that the Viper V3 HyperSpeed model was designed with the feedback of e-sports players. The company also made a statement about the model in question: “Our best technologies and special optimization for each grip style are included in this mouse.”
Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed, which is a wireless mouse as its name suggests, comes with HyperPolling Wireless Dongle. While the mouse offers 1000 Hz support with HyperSpeed technology, this value can go up to 8000 Hz with the HyperPolling dongle.
Sensor Designed for E-Sports
Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed is equipped with the company’s next-generation professional sensor, Focus Pro 30K optical sensor. This sensor can offer 30000 DPI support and 750 IPS speed. In addition, the acceleration value is 70G.
This sensor, developed jointly with Pixart, can be used with many types of mousepads with its advanced surface compatibility. You can use either a soft, hard or glass mousepad. In addition, you do not need to make adjustments according to mousepad types, the sensor can scan the ground and make the necessary settings itself.

Design Suitable for Every Grip Style
Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed comes with a design optimized for claw or fingertip grip styles. In this way, a design suitable for many types of users has emerged.
The mouse comes with 6 programmable buttons, and switches called “Mechanical Mouse Switches Gen-2” are used for left and right click. These switches are rated with a lifespan of 60 million clicks.
When we come to the bottom of the mouse, we see that it has 100% PTFE skates. The choice of PTFE ensures that the mouse offers a better feel and is fully compatible with glass mousepads.
Satisfactory Battery Life
We mentioned that the mouse supports 1000 Hz with HyperSpeed and 8000 Hz with the HyperPolling dongle. Although the 8000 Hz sampling rate is advantageous, we cannot say the same in terms of battery life.
Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed promises up to 280 hours of battery life with HyperSpeed technology, and up to 50 hours of battery life with 8000 Hz supported HyperPolling.
Additionally, we should point out that the mouse does not have any charging support and runs on a single AA battery. At this point, it should be reminded that purchasing rechargeable AA batteries and a charger will create a simpler usage scenario.
